WAX DNM - Exchange Policy

At WAX DNM, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we currently do not offer returns, we do offer a 15-day exchange policy to ensure you receive the right product, every time.

Exchange Policy Details

  • We offer exchanges onlyno returns or refunds.

  • You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Due to TCS courier policy, parcels cannot be opened before payment. To accommodate this, our 15-day exchange window allows time to inspect the product after receiving it.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for sizing issues, wrong items sent, or defective products.

  • Proof of purchase and a clear image of the item (in case of defect/wrong item) will be required.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or Email within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and product images (if needed).

  3. Once approved, send the item back to our provided address using any reliable courier service.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your exchange item.

Important Notes

  • Exchange shipping charges may apply. Exchanges take up to 15 Days to be processed and delivered.

  • We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

  • The Color of the Products may vary in different light conditions.
